- In a wok add oil cumin seeds when splatter add onion paste and saute it till golden brown add ginger garlic green paste saute it add dry masalas saute it for 2/3 minutes.
- Add tomato puree saute it cook it well add boiled rajma daal saute on low flame stir it let the masalas and daal rajma coats well together.
- Add water according to your choice.
- Either give one whistle or let it boil for 5 minutes rajma is ready garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- For rice soak rice for 30 minutes than in a pan add ghee cumin seeds add rice saute add double the water on high flame cook till water 95% absorbs lower the flame cover with lid let it simmer for 5 minutes than switch off the flame rice are ready serve with rajma hot.
